This probably comes as a shock to many people. We should feel good or even great most of the time. We may not have a chronic illness or potentially fatal disease - and we should be grateful for that - but when we are truly at opti-mal health we don’t just feel okay. But health today is not measured in basic terms, and merely feeling “okay” does not mean all is well. “At least I have my health,” you may say. By the most basic measures, we’re doing okay. We don’t have diabetes or cancer, our aches and pains aren’t debilitating, and we only get sick once or twice a year. Getting to A Better State hat is your state of wellness?
